If your question is about an order you placed — where it is, changing it, cancelling it, or getting a refund — we genuinely cannot help. We don't sell these products, we have no access to your order, and we can't look anything up.
Contact the retailer that took your payment. For every product reviewed here that's ClickBank, and their support details are on your order confirmation email. They handle refunds directly and quickly.
